The Company has set up the Sobute Research Institute. It has more than 140 R&D personnel, including more than 110 who have doctorates and masters, 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 2 winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and 4 individuals who are enjoying the Governmental Special Allowance of the State Council.
